Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 will be applied to all domestic orders.
  • Delivery time within Pakistan is typically 4–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Once payment is authorized, please allow up to 2 working days for order processing before shipment. (Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.)
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or less accessible regions of Pakistan.
  • Order cancellation will occur after three failed delivery attempts.
  • AUH Wear reserves the right to process Cash on Delivery orders without telephonic verification, especially during high-volume periods such as sales, seasonal launches, or promotions.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier agent at the time of delivery.

    If the courier is unable to reach you, they will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be automatically cancelled.

     

Order Tracking (Local & International)

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your Order Number
  • A Tracking Code (once the parcel is dispatched)

You can use this tracking number on the courier's tracking portal to check shipping progress. Please keep your order invoice email saved for reference.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via DHL / Skynet / similar trusted couriers.
  • Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Once payment is authorized, order processing may take up to 2 business days before shipping.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, depending on destination country regulations.
  • AUH Wear ships orders Duty & Tax Unpaid, meaning additional charges may be required upon delivery.
  • All customs-related charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Customs authorities require us to declare the value of items on the package.
  • Charges vary depending on country, product value, materials, and local tax policies. AUH Wear has no control over customs fees and cannot estimate them.
  • If any fees are applied, they must be paid by the customer for customs clearance.
