Return & Exchange Policy

At AUH Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we have designed our process to be simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, the following terms apply:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and certain accessories are excluded from exchanges.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp (0349-0334008 / 0345-5001311), Email (auhwearcontact@gmail.com), or Instagram DM (@auhwear).

  2. Once approved, our representative will guide you through the return of the previous product and the creation of your new exchange order.

  3. Ensure the item is securely packed with all original tags intact.

Shipping Costs:

  • A shipping charge of Rs. 300 will apply for subsequent exchanges.

  • If the item received is defective or incorrect, the exchange will be processed free of charge.

2. Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund under the following specific guidelines:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of any fragrance, stains, or signs of wear.

  • Items on SALE are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact customer service at auhwearcontact@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0349-0334008 to initiate a return request.

  2. Once approved, customers must self-dispatch the product to our return address:

    Return Address: Plot 205, Korang Road, I-10/3, Islamabad.

  3. Share a photo of the courier receipt via WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.

  4. After inspection and verification, a refund will be processed within 3 working days via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

Return Shipping & Notes:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • AUH Wear is not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

  • If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the original product value.

Important Notes

  • Visual Variations: Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and display settings; this is not considered a defect.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated above.

  • Policy Agreement: By placing an order with AUH Wear, you agree to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
